Thanks to its internationally recognized expertise in the field of oil and gas
production unit operations and maintenance, SPIE Oil & Gas Services was
selected to provide this activity on Intervention Team in Angola.

In this context, we are looking for competent and passionate professionals for a
position of Asset Support Manager M/F.
This position is located ONSHORE in RESIDENT MODE.
He is the local representative in charge of the contract and his sub-contractors :
Turbine Team contract for all FPSO block 17
Exxon contract (FLOWSERVE spare part & service): block 15
Pump work shop (TOTAL contract)
Pump work shop (for any client)
Team Leading :
He ensures the coordination of CONTRACTOR onshore and offshore teams.
He is responsible for regular consultation and contact with COMPANY personnel to ensure that SERVICES are being carried out to satisfaction of COMPANY.
He ensures quality of SERVICES by organizing audits (VOP)
He ensures the HSE requirements of COMPANY are understood and implemented by CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL.
He is responsible for assuring the technical competence of CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL and ensuring all training and assessment activities required in the contract are carried out.
He is responsible for ensuring that the overall planning of site maintenance activities are coordinated,
He is responsible for ensuring that all support activities such as spares management assistance (Exxon / Flowserve).
He is Responsable of Budget elaboration (LB&, LB2, PA) and financial result of his contacts : invoicing (SE = Service entry) , assuring the turnover and margin as per budget defined
He takes part in different daily, weekly , monthly (Activity report of SPIE OGS) and site coordination meetings, and other meetings as requested by COMPANY
He is managing Sale Force system
He is Responsable of IFS data for his contracts (Validation and creation of POs etc..)
Votre profil
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
Engineering Degree
Ability to direct/lead large multinational teams
Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others
Medical clearance to travel and work offshore.
Languages: English necessary, French and Portuguese is an advantage.
He must have a proven sense of responsibility and a talent for management.
He must be rigorous and methodical in his approach to operations.
He must show common sense and be able to anticipate and analyse.
A natural, flexible authority is essential.
He will be the Onshore as Resident, with some Offshore missions.
