Our Client, a multinational company in the Automobile Industry (cars and tractors), is recruiting to fill the role of Sales Manager in their organisation. The candidate is expected to coordinate the formulation and implementation of strategies, plans and activities for the promotion of the company’s products & services to meet the needs of, and deliver values to the defined target market in line with the organization’s profit bracket
Responsibilities
• Define segment strategy and objectives (customer acquisition, revenue growth, profit
focused or market share) in clear terms
• Identify and establish new relationships which create strategic alliances consistent
with the company’s commercial objectives to ensure its market share is deepened
• Remain abreast of the market, industry, competition and regulatory developments to
contribute to the enhancement of the company’s products and services
• Maintain high client satisfaction ratings through successful working relationships with
clients.
• Stay in tune with auto technology
• Identify risk issues, problem areas & respond to safeguard bank interests

• Excellent knowledge of auto-technology
• Good communication skills
• Report writing
• Self-Driven
• Excellent team building and management skill.
• Must have the Business Acumen to drive and deliver a profitable business
• Possession of excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work/Educational/Professional Qualifications
• First degree in Marketing or related field.
• MBA or M.Sc will be an added advantage
• 6 years of proven car sales experience
