A paint manufacturing company in Port Harcourt is looking to hire a Corporate Sales Manager, who will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. As a corporate sales manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to identify new business opportunities and ensure that all sales objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help achieve individual and team goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow business
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities
Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and partners
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations to senior management to improve sales performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of corporate sales experience in the building materials manufacturing or related industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
