Job Description
 Work closely with the line manager to create and
execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer
base and extend global reach.
 Assist with conducting market research
 Assist in design and implementation of marketing
plans for company products.
 Support the Marketing Manager in building and
strengthening relationships with existing and new
customers.
 Manage and develop relationships with key internal
and external stakeholders.
 Assist in promoting and marketing company services
to the target clients.
 Assist in closely following up on all business leads.
 Maintain and grow strategic industry relationships
and networks.
 Achieve company objectives through effective
planning, analyzing performance data, and projecting
future performance.

Requirements
Requirement:

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
Communications, or a related field.
 Minimum 2-3 years of marketing & sales experience
preferably in HR consulting
 Proven track record of meeting targets
 Strong analytical skills.
 Good interpersonal skills
 Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
 Communication and networking skills
 Preferably Male, for Gender balance
