Job Description
Responsibilities
• Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person/office after proper clearance
• Attend to official calls on the office phone.
• Review, redirect/escalate and ensure closure of all emails within 48 hours. Other
official email boxes maybe included in due course.
• Receive, sort and distribute physical mails/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the
reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges and receive visitors’ notes)
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Requirements
Requirements and skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Resourcefulness and proactive
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service
• Good communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Educational Qualification:
• OND in any related field
• 1 – 2 years experience in same role
