The Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently manages their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope with a data-driven approach to create insights and trends to manage performance. This includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfilment of the Ericsson business case. Following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools. The CPM delivers value to the customer by using a customer centric approach to; predict and prevent, analyse and change, isolate and correct by proposing improvements to support short and long-term profitable business that enables the customer digital journey, brings speed and success and reduces the overall cost of sales. This role requires prior Project management experience in Business Support Systems, Online Charging System and Operations Support System.
Job Description !
Drive large and complex BSS / OSS project deliveries and customer project engagements
Have responsibility to deliver the forecasted NetSales (NS) and Billing/invoicing for the project.
Ensure that project structure in the financial system is in-place
Drive improvement of project margin by effective use of data to highlight improvement areas
Optimize Working Capital (WC), e.g. acceptance, inventory
Ensure data accuracy is maintained in GC from FAS creation to closure.
Ensure Project execution is accurately represented from GC data
Identification of new add on sales & opportunities
Overall management of all project activities (within defined scope, time, costs and quality)
Management of execution and risks mitigation of project.
Have responsibility and ability to work on Presales and Tenders
Lead customer and stakeholder engagements with key customers
Track project activities and breakthroughs
Set-up project resource plan and Build project team
Develop project plan, including billing MS and Cash flow analysis.
Handle critical issues
Manage customer and stakeholder expectations
Conduct meetings with customer, e.g. kick off and progress meetings

Education & Experience Required:
Degree Graduate/Project Management or equivalent practical experience achieved through work experience.
Should have relevant Project Management Certifications like PRINCE2 & ITIL, PMP, Agile SCRUM etc.
Minimum 10 Year experience in Telecommunication Project Management
Minimum 5-year Experience of handling Business Support System and Operations Support System Deployment.
