About this opportunity
The head of customer project management(CPM) Office is responsible for the centralized customer project management(CPM) function in Service Area Global Network Deployment (SA GND) within the job role of Service Delivery Line Manager. They will be focusing on building and expanding this globally centralized unit based on a strong work relationship with all market area project management organizations. It requires on tactical and operational level strong people management and leadership skills based on multiple years of practical experience in leading customer projects in all its aspects.
What you will do
Leading a big team of customer project managers in a dynamic business environment
CPM competence development, assessment/certification, secure employee satisfaction, mentor & coach CPM team members to build up a strong cohesive team
Analyze and adopt CPM offshore portfolios & methods per business needs
Actively promote Project Management as a service per MA/CU business priorities
Interact with GND PMO to apply right CPPM processes, tools and ABC Controls
Secure efficient CPM capacity planning and allocation
Provide competent CPM to secure project quality, time and budget control, maintain customer satisfaction
Drive Internal/external PMO Governances
Define and execute strategic improvement programs (critical projects, cost of poor quality, savings)
Drive Best Practices Program, promote community for sharing and reuse
Secure operational and productivity outcome and KPIs
Apply ethical and collaborative culture in a speak up environment
Manage EHS, Security & Anticorruption and secure “Target-Zero” initiative
You will bring
Extensive track record (>=10 years) in leading CPM office and extensive network deployments
Strong validated experience to maintain trust with all stakeholders, good understanding of Ericsson customer project management processes, and project financials
Excellent in managing MA/CU level governance
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and dynamics
Business insights & commercial thinking
Highly adaptive, and thriving in a rapidly changing environment
Strong communication, organizing, planning and negotiation skills
Deep understanding on Ericsson core value & cultures and processes
Excellent in coaching and mentoring
Extensive problem solving and prioritization skills
Leadership Requirements
