We are currently seeking to recruit Corporate Sales Managers in the following locations: Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt for our client in the Construction and Paint Industry. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the Paint industry.
The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies and goals, while also identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and have a passion for selling, this might be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Oversee the daily activities of the sales team and provide guidance and support when needed
Monitor competitors' activities and recommend necessary actions to stay ahead of the competition
Develop sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management
Motivate, train and coach sales team members to achieve their sales targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the paint industry.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other sales software.
