About the role
Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury retail team as a Personal Shopping Assistant, providing essential administrative and partnership support to a Personal Shopper. You will help deliver an exceptional, fashion‑driven experience for high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule all client appointments and maintain the Personal Shopper’s calendar.
- Draft, review, and send official client invitations and other correspondence.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email on behalf of the Personal Shopper, ensuring superior service and timely follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, track data, and prepare materials and merchandise for appointments.
- Coordinate alterations, product transfers, holds, and other client services.
- Perform errands and other tasks to maximize the Personal Shopper’s efficiency.
- Uphold merchandising standards in the Personal Shopping Suites and on the sales floor.
- Ensure suite readiness, housekeeping, and loss‑prevention measures.
- Attend product knowledge sessions and comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet tools.
- Fully bilingual in French and English.
