About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, people‑focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Relations Representative. You will engage with leads over the phone, maintain positive interactions, and coordinate appointment bookings for licensed insurance professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach and follow‑up calls with prospective customers.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using internal CRM and dialing tools.
- Maintain professional communication and document all interactions accurately.
- Follow company scripts, compliance procedures, and call workflows.
- Meet weekly and monthly scheduling targets.
- Participate in virtual coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
- Strong customer‑service mindset and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work remotely.
- Reliable home office with internet access.
