About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, people‑focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Relations Representative. You will engage with leads over the phone, maintain positive interactions, and coordinate appointment bookings for licensed insurance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and follow‑up calls with prospective customers.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using internal CRM and dialing tools.
• Maintain professional communication and document all interactions accurately.
• Follow company scripts, compliance procedures, and call workflows.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions and performance reviews.
