What’s the job?
Sales Account Director – Digital/Mobile Advertising
Lagos - Nigeria
A critical role who owns sales targets within assigned territory and manages a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. By developing positive relationships and handling customer’s needs, you will generate new sales and you will create the conditions along with the Sales Partner, where our customer base expands.
Day-to-day
You will generate new business using existing and potential customer networks (brands and their agencies)
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
This role is right for you, if…
You have hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager
Preferred Skills
Curious – a real Self-Starter - Hard working but up for a laugh at the same time
You cope effectively when things are up in the air and manage shifting priorities
A problem solver with an understanding of the advertising and/or digital technology industry
