Job Description
Responsibilities:
v New Product Launch campaign: Initiate preparations of briefing materials for launch events, interviews, etc... When new model come to market, think out a practical scheme to let it go viral.
v PR Content Development & Market Intelligence: Deploy Press release per requirement and submit monthly PR deployment report; Represent the company to give public speech and interview necessarily; Update and share media mapping and KOL mapping database on a quarterly basis; Implement a basic package of crisis management, to deal with sensitive news, including report, negotiation with editor/journalists, strategic advice
v Strategic Planning: Formulate media dissemination and communication strategy annually, incl. Media environment, economic and political environment analysis, trending topics, events and schedule, culture orientations, strategies of core brands, industry analysis, consumer and market observation, and platform evaluations.
v Social Media and community Management: Kick-off at least 1 online campaign which is creative and trigger a huge engagement, be responsible for fans growth, engagement acquisition and daily performance.


Requirements
Competency/Skill/Requirement
v Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Public Relation, or any other related field.
v 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Public Relation field.
v Digital marketing knowledge, Public Relation Knowledge in communications or information and technology industry.
v Relevant experience in FMCG industry, Communications industry, or information & technology industry
v Must have strategic insight, communication skills, Negotiation skills, public speaking skills, presenting skills, interpersonal skills and other relationship building and maintenance.
v Hard working, teamwork spirit, good attitude, decent appearance, quick learner, Aggressive, disciplinary, flexible, sagacious, sophisticated.
