Votre mission
You will be responsible for HR Development activities and for providing support to SPIE Oil & Gas Services' Regions (Africa, Asia, Europe and Middle East).
Your mission will be to attract the best talents, measure their performance and potential and retain them by developing their skills and career opportunities within the Group.
You will draft and implement procedures and rules common to the entire subsidiary to ensure an environment that fosters talent retention as well as personal and professional development for all our employees.
You will be in regular contact with managers and employees on all matters related to employer branding, onboarding, training and talent management.
MISSIONS:
Attract new talents – Employer branding:
- Build HR communication strategy and planning in consultation with Communication and Recruitment departments and HRBP
Onboard new talents:
- Continuously improve and communicate on the onboarding process
- Ensure that materials and documents used for the induction are up to date
- Ensure on a regular basis that the process is properly implemented throughout SPIE Oil & Gas Services perimeter
- Organize and contribute to the facilitation of "Discover SPIE Oil & Gas Services" remote sessions
- Measure the satisfaction of new employees regarding the onboarding path they receive

Assess the performance and the potential of our employees:
- Appraisal
o Continuously improve and communicate on the annual appraisal process
o Prepare the campaign in interaction with BUs and HRIS teams
o In collaboration with the HR Development manager, prepare the communication
o Monitor the progress of the campaign
- People Review
o Prepare and roll out the process
o Contribute to the implementation of the action plan
Develop our employees and help them to grow in the organization:
- Training
o Contribute to the design, organization and follow-up of corporate trainings
o Falicitate certain corporate training courses
o Supervise our Learning Management System use, promote it internally and create or coordinate the creation of internal e-learning contents.
- Promote our internal mobility policy
- Skills Management
o Support Business Units in the roll out of a Competency Management System
- Diversity & CSR
o Implement diversity and CSR actions
Interact with the other HR department to work as one team and build efficient solutions:
- Support the recruitment teams in their communication
- Engage HR administration and social controlling to ensure that the onboarding process is optimal
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure optimal operation of our tools and ensure that user needs are met
- Interact regularly with the communication department
- Collaborate with HRBP to answer business needs linked to HR Development matters
Be active in SPIE Group HR development network:
- Participate in monthly meetings
- Do benchmark and share the best practices
