About the role
We are looking for a Chat Support Agent to assist customers through chat, email, and messaging platforms. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. No prior BPO experience is required, making it an ideal entry‑level opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Required profile
- Open to candidates without prior BPO experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chat platforms simultaneously.
