Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, or accounts.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Required profile

  • Open to candidates without prior BPO experience.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat platforms simultaneously.
