About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive growth through telemarketing, cold calling, and B2B outreach. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls to identify and engage potential clients.
- Make cold calls to introduce company offerings and generate new leads.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
- Qualify leads against defined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team lead‑generation targets.
- Research industry trends and potential clients continuously.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach tactics.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to handle objections.
- Organized with high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

- Proficiency with CRM tools and related software.
