About the role

The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its Retail Account team, based in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The position is onsite and involves supporting retail‑focused customer interactions within a BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Open to High School, Senior High School graduates or college undergraduates
Fresh graduates are welcome
At least 18 months of BPO experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
