About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our real‑estate growth initiatives in Ikeja. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real‑estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyse market trends to inform expansion strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets and manage business risks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within real estate.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Project management and strategic planning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and business development tools.
