Video Editor Trainee

About the role

Join BIA Group as a Video Editor Trainee and support the creation of compelling visual content that enhances the company’s market presence across multiple regions. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce high‑quality graphics and video assets for a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing visual assets for digital, print, and social media marketing campaigns.
• Support the production and editing of video content for corporate communication, social media, events, and product showcases.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute design concepts that meet project objectives.
• Perform administrative tasks including preparing merchandising for dispatch, maintaining design files, organizing project materials, and preparing presentations.

Required profile

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow creative direction.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with motion‑graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction.
