About the role

One to One International is seeking qualified technicians to work on trucks, trailers, buses and cars in New South Wales, Australia. The positions are full‑time, fixed‑term (12 months) and include a range of mechanical, painting, welding and fitters duties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform industrial mechanical maintenance on trucks, trailers, buses and automobiles.
• Carry out panel beating and surface preparation for vehicle painting.
• Apply aerosol paint finishes to cars and trailers.
• Install and fit components on vehicles and heavy trucks.
• Execute industrial welding and assembly tasks.
• Operate heavy machinery and tractors as required.

Required profile

• Age between 27 and 40 years.
• Technical qualification certificate completed.
• 5–10 years recent experience in the relevant trade.
• Currently employed in the same field.
• IELTS score of 6.0 or higher.
• International homologation certification.
• No criminal or immigration violations.
• Financial capacity to start the program.
