Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts, providing tailored product solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day liaison for assigned clients, maintaining positive and ongoing communication.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of proven success in client or account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a drive to achieve goals.

Required skills

• Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
