Senior 3D Designer – Retail & Environmental Design

About the role

As a Senior 3D Designer within Publicis Groupe’s creative hub in Singapore, you will lead the visualisation and realisation of premium retail environments, pop‑up concepts and merchandising fixtures for luxury, beauty and lifestyle brands. You will translate brand narratives into immersive physical spaces that guide the consumer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop 3D designs for pop‑up stores, in‑store takeovers, shelves, counters and other retail installations.
• Produce detailed layout plans, material specifications and visualisations from ideation through to execution.
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Design Directors and the broader creative team to ensure design integrity.
• Support occasional packaging design projects as required.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail appropriate for prestige brand clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing retail or environmental spaces for luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end 3D design work for physical environments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency setting and uphold a fun, open‑minded team culture.
