About the role
We are a leading specialist in the beer, wine and spirits market seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow and manage account relationships in the designated territory. The role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting supplier brands, and delivering exceptional service while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned accounts daily, develop efficient routing and identify sales opportunities.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
- Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where permitted, and conduct compliance surveys.
- Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
- Process credits, returns and manage receivables, ensuring timely payments.
- Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals for supplier brands.
- Monitor inventory levels, alert management to stock issues, and support new account openings.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Manager and suppliers on promotional activities.
Required profile
- Current internal associate with a valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- Strong passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
