About the role
The Sales Executive – MICE & Events will drive commercial growth for ER Hospitality’s leisure and events portfolio. You will develop new business, nurture client relationships, and act as the primary ambassador for the Case Noyale, Chamarel, and Bel Ombre venues.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new MICE and event opportunities across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, hotels, concierges, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
- Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and report on KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Drive revenue growth for Case Noyale, Chamarel, and Bel Ombre.
- Organise site inspections, educational tours, and familiarisation trips.
- Prepare end‑to‑end proposals, coordinate logistics, catering, staffing, and budgets.
- Oversee on‑site delivery and act as main client contact during events.
- Conduct post‑event evaluations and follow‑ups to improve client retention.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, events, or hospitality (MICE experience a plus).
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross‑functionally.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
