About the role
AINIT Consultancy Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who will focus on customer relationship management and telesales. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through persuasive negotiation and effective cold‑calling techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls to promote company services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Negotiate sales terms and agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage and document customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow up promptly on inquiries and lead‑generation activities to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed individualized sales targets established by AINIT Consultancy Services.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in inbound and outbound telesales.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Cold‑calling and lead‑generation techniques.
- Negotiation and closing sales.
