Sales Associate – Womenswear

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury womenswear team as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. You will work in a fashion‑driven environment, leveraging product knowledge and personal branding to drive sales and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary service to every customer and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a personal client base through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew educational sessions.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital channels about events, new merchandise, and personalized offers.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of commission‑based luxury retail sales experience.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
