Sales Associate – Women’s Footwear

About the role

The Sales Associate – Women’s Footwear will build lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and loyalty within Holt Renfrew’s luxury environment. You will represent iconic brands, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed sales targets.
• Develop a personal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and company seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods about events, merchandise requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Active use of social media to promote personal fashion influence.
• Proficiency with multiple technology channels to engage clients.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across store merchandise categories.
