Renewals Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced enterprise account manager to own the renewal process for our high‑value clients. In this remote position you will protect and grow revenue by turning existing trust into measurable ROI while building AI‑enabled automation that streamlines account management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual contract renewals on schedule, maintaining or exceeding current ARR.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews that link usage analytics to outcomes such as reduced compliance risk and stronger brand authority.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts and the broader market.
• Develop and deliver automation solutions each quarter to eliminate repetitive account‑management tasks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, support, finance, and marketing teams while retaining primary ownership of results.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing enterprise portfolios and closing renewal deals.
• Ability to communicate with C‑level stakeholders (CMOs, content directors, compliance teams).
• Experience in regulated content environments such as financial services, healthcare, or consumer brands.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of accountability and autonomy.
