Remote Hiring Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Hiring Consultant to support our growing remote recruitment operations. You will engage with candidates, conduct screening calls, and help manage organized hiring workflows in a fast‑paced virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to candidates and prospective applicants.
• Explain job opportunities, schedules, and hiring expectations clearly.
• Perform initial candidate screenings and qualification checks.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate follow‑up hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and communication logs in company systems.
• Follow approved recruitment scripts and communication procedures.
• Meet daily outreach, dialing, and scheduling targets.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team collaboration meetings.
• Perform additional recruitment support duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound communication activities.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently remotely.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, telemarketing, or call‑center operations preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and structured hiring processes effectively.
