About the role

RAPP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead marketing‑focused projects from conception to delivery. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget while aligning with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure performance with appropriate tools and report status to management.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate requirements clearly.
• Conduct risk management to minimize potential issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Support the project coordinator in delegating tasks based on team members’ strengths.
