About the role
Join PMI’s National Key Accounts Group as a National Key Accounts Executive, driving growth with major national retailers in the Philippines. You will be responsible for developing sustainable competitive advantage through perfect‑store execution and strategic account management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts to achieve sales and volume targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement account‑specific strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions and merchandising, to maximise product visibility.
- Analyse sales data, prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
- Experience in key account management within the FMCG sector (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Willingness to perform regular fieldwork and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual transmission).
- Availability to work in Taguig, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
