About the role

Alsafi Oman, a leading Omani manufacturer of detergents and cleaning solutions, is looking for a full‑time Social Media Specialist to join its Salalah office. The role focuses on creating and publishing engaging content that boosts brand visibility and drives customer interaction across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media posts for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
• Produce copy, visual assets and short videos tailored to digital audiences.
• Manage and monitor all company social media profiles.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends and oversee campaign execution to meet company objectives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in social media management and content creation.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure performance.
• Understanding of digital marketing tactics and audience growth.
• Ability to maintain consistent brand communication.
• Research skills to identify trends and generate relevant ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in the commercial or cleaning‑services sector is an advantage.
