Manager, PAS Mobility Tax

About the role

As a Manager within the PAS Mobility Tax team, you will advise multinational and local organisations on mobility and employment tax matters in Nigeria. You will work across personal income tax, social security and broader mobility‑related tax issues, delivering practical solutions that meet compliance and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Global Mobility and employment tax services for inbound, outbound and short‑term assignee populations.
• Manage personal income tax compliance engagements across multiple Nigerian authorities, including annual filings, technical reviews and payroll tax diagnostics.
• Provide advisory support on cross‑border assignments, equity‑based compensation, shadow payroll, social security coordination and termination payments.
• Act as primary client contact for tax and social security audits, inquiries and disputes, coordinating responses with authorities.
• Oversee Global Mobility client portfolios, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget and quality standards.
• Review and sign off on deliverables for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach and develop team members, providing on‑the‑job guidance and performance feedback.
• Support practice growth through proposals, client pitches, thought leadership and monitoring legislative changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Administration, Finance, Economics or related field (minimum second class upper division or equivalent).
• Fluent English with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA (for non‑lawyers).
• Minimum 4 years continuous experience in professional tax practice.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
