Logistics Operations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Intern to support our supply chain team in Vietnam. The role offers hands‑on experience with ERP‑based logistics processes and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning activities and daily logistics operations on the ERP system.
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and tracking operational performance.
• Prepare and maintain reports, databases, and related operational documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by the manager.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc logistics activities.

Required profile

• University student majoring in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Fluent English; Korean is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.
• Motivated to learn from work and self‑study, especially in ERP and supply chain.
• Logical thinking, creativity, and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Data analysis and reporting.
