About the role
The Learning and Development Specialist will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that boost employee performance and align with business objectives. You will work closely with managers and subject‑matter experts to create engaging learning experiences for the whole workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs through analysis and stakeholder consultation.
- Design and develop learning solutions, including content, courses and digital materials.
- Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with managers and SMEs to ensure relevance of training.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with data‑governance policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Learning & Development role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and training design concepts.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset to assess learning needs and measure impact.
- Ability to manage multiple learning projects and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
