About the role
Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to drive HR strategy, support business units, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality HR services across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate annual workforce planning and localise HR policies and procedures.
- Support organisational design, effectiveness reviews and talent management processes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and act as a culture and change champion.
- Provide employee‑relations advice, manage expatriate contracts and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
- Oversee onboarding, probation, performance‑management cycles and payroll administration, including salary structures and monthly payroll processing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7‑10 years of HR Business Partner experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Angolan labour legislation.
- Proven ability to build networks and influence stakeholders.
