Graphic Designer – Asset Management & Technology (1-year contract)

About the role

The role supports Disney’s on‑demand and digital media streaming services across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will create, resize and quality‑check graphic assets while ensuring compliance with brand safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and resize artworks, applying photo manipulation, custom typography and special effects.
• Generate thumbnails and formatted assets for various streaming platforms.
• Maintain logistic flow to guarantee timely delivery of all materials.
• Control and approve quality of incoming and processed assets before publishing.
• Capture and record technical metadata, media quality results and format information.
• Keep operational systems and content management databases accurate.
• Assist the team lead, track operational issues and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure standard operating procedures are current.

Required profile

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in graphic or media design, visual communication or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the media industry.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to subtle details.
• Self‑motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing requirements and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis (e.g., 9 am – 9 pm).
