General Practitioner – Full-time Primary Care Physician

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time General Practitioner to join our on‑site team in Pasay. The physician will deliver comprehensive primary health care, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, and promote patient well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage diverse medical conditions.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct follow‑up appointments and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established guidelines and protocols.
• Uphold a high standard of care and continuously improve clinical practices.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) with an active medical license in the Philippines.
• Demonstrated experience in primary care and family medicine.
• Ability to provide training and mentorship within a clinical team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on medical advancements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of conditions.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with modern medical technology.
