Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven, commercially‑minded Financial Controller to join a fast‑growing international business with ambitious expansion plans. This hands‑on finance leader will support new market launches, strategic growth initiatives, and provide financial leadership across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting and robust internal controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop detailed financial analysis, forecasting models, dashboards and strategic business reports for senior leadership.
• Support the financial set‑up and structuring of new operations in international markets.
• Drive budgeting, cash‑flow management, financial planning and performance monitoring across entities.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to inform strategic decision‑making and expansion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, tax requirements and reporting standards.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability and operational performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.
• Contribute to process improvements, system implementation and scalable financial structures.

Required profile

• Fully ACCA qualified (non‑qualified candidates will not be considered).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager in an international or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong exposure to global reporting, cross‑border financial management and business launches.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proactive, commercially aware and solutions‑oriented.
