About the role
We are looking for an Email Support Executive to handle customer inquiries for our e‑commerce operations serving the UK, US and Canada. The role involves responding to emails, documenting issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer emails using platforms such as Shulex, JIRA, Zendesk and Amazon.
- Document customer issues accurately and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with back‑end teams for order processing and status updates.
- Liaise with courier services to resolve tracking and delivery concerns.
- Follow up with customers via email to ensure satisfaction.
- Schedule pickups and coordinate parcel collections.
- Achieve daily targets by handling at least 100+ email tickets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Previous experience in email support or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently within rotational shifts.
- Problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work six days a week with rotational offs.
