About the role
The Development Sales Manager will lead the expansion of our retail footprint by launching new cities, onboarding stores, and preparing them for sales‑assistant (SA) deployment. This field‑based position requires frequent travel across the assigned region to build relationships and ensure operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new cities within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research on phone markets, commercial hubs, and key‑account (KA) stores.
- Build relationships with local merchants and partners.
- Drive store onboarding and system registration.
- Negotiate cooperation terms with store owners and KA brands.
- Ensure stores meet installment business requirements and are ready for SA deployment.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers (SM) and Regional Managers (RM) for SA assignment.
- Track first‑sales performance of newly onboarded stores.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or channel development, preferably in POS, fintech or mobile sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
