Designated Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor for Trudon at Holt Renfrew will build lasting relationships with clients, driving sales and loyalty for the luxury fragrance brand. You will work in a fashion‑driven environment, representing Trudon and delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the broader store team.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand performance.
• Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and mail regarding events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
