About the role
The CSC Intern will support VEML customers by acting as a single point of contact for a wide range of business inquiries. This 6‑month internship provides hands‑on experience in customer service, order processing, and back‑office operations within a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, log, and resolve customer requests via phone, live chat, email, or fax.
- Route inquiries to the appropriate Most Appropriate Service Provider (MASP) and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Process orders, credit and account queries, delivery issues, complaints, and technical product questions.
- Invoice customers for fuel, LPG, lubricants and related products.
- Create and update customer master data in the ERP system.
- Prepare credit risk assessment templates and support reconciliation tasks.
- Assist with bulk LPG scheduling and act as a backup for order confirmation.
Required profile
- Degree holder, preferably in Communication, Management, IT or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong personality with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work odd hours and public holidays when needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with IT tools and social‑media applications.
- Experience using an ERP system for master data governance.
