About the role
The Corporate Administrator will oversee the day‑to‑day administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate structures, ensuring compliance with anti‑money‑laundering (AML) regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, high‑quality corporate services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administration of varied corporate structures.
- Maintain records in line with internal and legal requirements.
- Convene director/shareholder meetings and prepare board papers.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s specific needs.
- Handle routine administrative tasks and support team members as needed.
- Increase knowledge of company administration mechanics.
- Develop expertise in complex AML and regulatory matters.
- Ensure all client deliverables are 100% accurate and of high quality.
- Conduct customer due‑diligence checks according to AML code.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the global business sector.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or ACCA/ICSA qualification (partly qualified considered).
- Strong client‑service mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure.
