Compensation and Benefits Expert (30 h/week)

About the role

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Expert to implement our global compensation strategy across multiple countries and support local HR managers. The role is offered on a part‑time basis (minimum 30 hours per week) with flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Roll‑out and adapt the global compensation strategy in individual markets.
• Execute core compensation processes such as job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, and bonus administration.
• Conduct ongoing data and cost‑effect analysis for short‑ and long‑term incentives and develop improvement proposals.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with HR colleagues worldwide on compensation reviews, data validation, process improvements, and off‑cycle requests.
• Evaluate and enhance reward programs to align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies.
• Manage employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and related services.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, HR management or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in compensation, HR, finance or controlling.
• Proven ability to maintain compliance with compensation and benefits legislation.
• Fluent English; German is an asset.
