About the role
The Chef de Rang will lead a section of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive seamless, high‑quality service in a luxurious fine‑dining environment. You will coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams, uphold Cipriani’s standards of elegance, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a designated section of the dining room, overseeing order taking, service, and table turnover.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of dishes and beverages.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere and address guest inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards throughout the shift.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to sustain Cipriani’s service excellence.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fine‑dining setting.
- Strong passion for hospitality and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Excellent communication in English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability for full‑time work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Fluent English and French communication.
- Knowledge of Italian language (optional).
