Butler – Russian Speaking

About the role

The Butler is the primary point of contact for Russian‑speaking guests throughout their stay at Raffles Seychelles. You will deliver personalized, high‑touch service that reflects the Raffles brand, ensuring every guest experience is flawless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay to capture preferences, verify arrival details and note any outstanding payments.
• Attend department briefings, training sessions and special projects as required.
• Inspect arrival rooms to confirm standards are met and conduct proactive visits to occupied rooms to provide the "Raffles touch".
• Handle guest requests, coordinate with other departments and exceed expectations.
• Manage and report guest complaints to the shift in‑charge.
• Support team members and foster open, trustworthy relationships.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of Butler Service SOPs and local regulations.
• Understanding of room categories, private bar items and the ability to read Opera PMS reports.
• Familiarity with Raffles brand standards, LQA, Forbes and other quality benchmarks.
• Commitment to Raffles values of excellence, respect, integrity and caring.
