Business Development Manager – Philippines

About the role

VT Markets is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Philippines. You will lead regional growth initiatives, manage local operations, and build strong client and partner relationships in the B2B CFD space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase VT Markets’ market share in the Philippines.
• Lead acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners.
• Strengthen local brand presence through partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver tailored client experiences.
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary representative and spokesperson for VT Markets in the local market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B CFD sales or account management within financial services or trading.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine market, including client segments, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog (both verbal and written).
