About the role
The Thriver, a creative agency specializing in digital marketing, graphic design, web development, and UI/UX design, is looking for a full‑time Business Developer to join its Bahawalpur office. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to uncover trends and potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with agency goals.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including design, development, and marketing—to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Strong lead generation and market research abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Advanced analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using business analytics software.
